I would just like to start by saying that from start to finish this is hands down the best purchase I have ever made. I had an issue with my delivery address as I used an old address by mistake, and I also needed my order to arrive by the 11th of September. I sent an email and DM to the team on Instagram as I was so anxious that my order would not arrive in time. I waited 3 hours but there was no response to my email so I sent a DM on Instagram and I got a reply within minutes assuring me they had updated the address and would try their best for it to arrive by the 11th. Bear in mind I put the order in on the 3rd and it was a lot to ask especially as they offer free shipping. I was in 2 minds whether or not my order would arrive in time so I messaged the team again who ensured me they would speak to the courier and have it expedited. Alhamdulillah yesterday my order arrived and I couldn’t be more happier. I paid for the gift packaging as I bought this for my friend and it was presented so gorgeously in a green Darqawi box and scented roses with a lovely hand written card. I really wish people would support small businesses like this as they do put in the extra effort to make sure every order is simply the best it can be. I messaged the team on Instagram expressing my gratitude and they were so happy. I recommend this company to anyone who is thinking to purchase and if you need any help the support team on Instagram is so polite and helpful.
